3 Panel Modular Install
Modular Panels are a hybrid of our Pre-made Panels and Site-fabricated System. They are delivered in pre-made sections called Ends and Fields. A Modular Panel consists of two End sections and the number of Field sections needed to create the desired panel length. These sections are installed together on a wall to form the panel. Then the Fabric can be stretched across the panel and installed using the supplied fabric insertion tool. The Modular Panel System makes panels greater than 4'x8' possible that are easy to install while greatly reducing shipping costs.

Can I buy these tracks in UK?
Do the screws need to go into studs, or will it hold just in the drywall? Thanks
Hi Mark. Thank you for your inquiry. The coarse drywall screws included with the Max-Line system do not need to go into the studs. Just insert them into the pre-drilled pocket holes and screw them directly into the drywall and they should hold just fine. As shown in the video you can also use construction adhesive in addition to the screws if desired.

Back in 2014 and 2015. We did all of Snapchats offices with 1” fabric track, 1” of 705 insulation and Guilford of Maine fabric. Snapchat understood the value of having quieter and acoustically dead conference rooms as well as cutting down on the echo in their open offices.

What is the maximum or minimum fabric should remain after trimming before the last tuck?
We generally recommend leaving 1/2" to 3/4" of fabric remaining before final tuck/roll in. Would love to see a picture of your installation!

I need to do this on some of the doors that I have installed the FS- 150 on. Sometimes people will push on the fabric to get the heavy "soundproof" doors open. What I do now is I install a 1" piece of furring strip behind the fabric where their hand will usually go

At 3 minutes 40 seconds in, describing the properties of your Recore material, you have a mis-spelled word.
What an incredible system! I can't believe how much smarter this is, as compared with the pre-made panels, which always need field cuts, arrive broken to the jobsite, etc... Way to go guys! Wish I coud instal this myself.
